The Crafting Process
( Step 1 ) - We begin by carefully studying your space or floorplans. At this stage, we’ll mark out dimensions and add quick notes to explore the options and potential of the room. This ensures we fully understand the architecture, proportions, and flow of the space before bringing in any design elements.
( Step 2 ) - We move on to quick sketches, conceptually arranging the layout. These loose, exploratory drawings allow us to apply our expertise to test different options while giving you a rough visual sense of how the room could feel. We offer this as part of our free consultation service, so you can decide if we’re the right fit for your project — or simply walk away inspired.
( Step 3 ) - If you choose to work with us, this is where refinement begins. We iterate on the form and layout—moving elements around, testing different arrangements, and swapping pieces. Through this process, the sketch evolves into a clearer version of the design, balancing creativity with functionality. This would help capture your first vision of what you had in mind all along, but couldn't fully describe until you saw it on paper.
( Step 4 ) - The next step is to define the feeling of the interior. We will create a curated moodboard that brings together colours, textures, materials, and reference imagery. This stage connects the sketch to a sensory experience, allowing you to see not just the forms but also the atmosphere we are building around them. Nothing is fixed yet — things are only just about to get exciting!
( Step 5 ) - Once our vision is clear, we move into high-fidelity visualisation. This includes photorealistic images and interactive tools where you can walk through your space virtually. You’ll be able to experiment in real time — swapping furniture, trying textures, and even seeing how natural light will move through the room at different hours of the day. From here, your design moves beyond imagination into near-reality.

Note: More often, the final design our customers end up with looks noticeably different from the initial sketches. What truly matters is the journey we are undertaking — the choices we make together along the way, the blind spots we help you catch and avoid before they become costly mistakes — We simply believe that a great design is rarely achieved in just one or two attempts, and that’s why we place so much emphasis on the process.

We have a framework to develop around a theme. Nothing is fixed yet and we start to present design options.

The vision is taking shape with a clear framework and theme. We now build the designs which can be customised, viewed in three dimensions and adjusted to consider different options closer to your vision.

Fine Tuning

We work with you to fine tune the details. This can be fun - adjusting colours, textures, and furniture details. The result is the realisation of your vision in a final agreed design.

The Finishing Touches

A great design is only as good as the finished room with everything in place. Our sourcing service provides a recommended list of furniture and fittings which will bring out the wow factor. We source only from high quality suppliers who can supply exclusive pieces of hand crafted furniture.

We also understand that the renovation journey can sometimes feel overwhelming. In fact, many of our customers are first-time renovators, and we make it a priority to ensure they always feel understood, supported, and never left behind along the way.

Is there a minimum project size or budget?

We work on projects of all sizes, though we typically recommend a minimum budget to ensure quality results.

How involved will I be in the design process?

We’d love to hear your full story and collaborate with you at every stage. To celebrate, we’ll even deliver a beautifully crafted book capturing your journey in the end — so the next time you meet your friend or neighbour, you can share the chapter with pride.

Do you offer both interior and exterior design services?

Yes, we provide a full range of services—from interior styling to garden and landscape design.

What makes your approach unique?

What sets us apart is our gentle approach — we never push for unready commitment. We genuinely want to help only if we’re the right fit. Many people come to us for free sketches, and from there they can either choose to continue the journey with us or simply walk away with fresh inspiration — and that’s perfectly okay. At the end of the day, we truly love what we do, and nothing is more rewarding than seeing the big, genuine smiles of the people who walk through our doors.

What’s the typical project timeline?

Timelines vary based on project size, but most projects take between 4–12 weeks from start to finish.

Do you also help with sourcing furniture and managing deliveries?

Absolutely. We believe a great design is only complete when all the right pieces are in the right place. That's why we partner with a trusted company that sources exclusively from a pool of suppliers we trust and have previously worked with, ensuring quality is thoroughly checked on your behalf. They also manage and coordinate delivery schedules so your furniture arrives at exactly the right time — no stress, no clutter on site, and no risk of damage during construction, which happens more often than our customers realise. This way, you can stay true to your vision without being weighed down by the details or uncertainties. All prices are matched to the suppliers’ websites, and we even help you negotiate additional discounts on top whenever available.
